If you are not satisfied with your purchase in the first 30 days after receiving your order, please contact us so that we may remedy the situation.

Coffee must be unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If it has been more than 30 days since placing your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. However, please consider contacting us so that we are aware of the situation and can potentially provide a solution.
